In terms of meters, for accommodating such a house with a business-class comfort level, approximately 100-130 m2 of construction area will be required. Construction area is the area of the room calculated by the external perimeter of the house, that is, the area includes load-bearing structures, external walls, and internal partitions.
Also it is important to take into account the family's habits, for example, whether your family entertains guests, whether a separate guest bedroom is needed in the house, and the individual needs of family members. For example, a person working from home needs a small but personal office for quiet work, rather than a workspace somewhere in a common area with many distracting factors.
